This year’s Labour Conference was a positive one that set out Labour’s plan to Renew Britain. It was heartening to see the reaction to Keir Stamer’s Leader’s Speech, which was well-received by delegates and party members in the hall at the ACC.

I think this reaction will be echoed by Labour voters across the country who don’t just want us to deliver on our manifesto promises but also to tackle the hatred and division being peddled by Reform and Nigel Farage. Their vision of a broken Britain is not our vision of Britain and it was good to hear the Prime Minister denounce the right-wing “thuggery” and “racism” that has blighted the country over the last few months.
