On Friday the Police launched a Crimestoppers campaign under the bridge in Garston, with new signage that will help to make it easier to report criminal activity 100% anonymously by calling 0800 555 111. The area has been subject to a rash of youth ASB recently and I have been convening stakeholder meetings with residents, Police, local services and community groups that have started to deal with the problems. I am pleased that the Crimestoppers campaign is a direct result of these meetings and am hopeful that it will help put an end to the ASB going forward.
