On Tuesday I was pleased to meet some of the students from Garston Church of England Primary School in Westminster who had travelled down to visit Parliament’s Education Centre. It was great to see that they had enjoyed what is always an interesting trip for school children and to take questions from them on a range of subjects.

My office have also been in contact this week with The Academy of St Nicholas in Garston about meeting up with their Year 10 students in July and a possible visit to the Education Centre in the autumn school term. Schools can book trips via Parliament’s Education Centre website, which runs trips for students aged 7 to 18 tailored to specific age groups.
