On Wednesday I asked the Government’s Immigration Minister, Robert Jenrick, what specific liaison occured between the Home Office and Knowsley Council prior to their block booking of the Suites Hotel in Knowsley.
The hotel is where trouble broke out on February 10th when far right protests turned violent. It is important that the Home Office do all they can to ensure similar problems aren’t repeated elsewhere. You can see the Minister’s reply above.
