I brought my Public Advocate Bill back to The House on Friday where, as expected, the Government objected for the 12^th time in the last two years to the Bill. That is despite cross-party support and a will from both sides to see the Bill pass into committee stage.

I raised another Point of Order, the second I have brought in this session, asking how I can reassure my constituents that the Government, who included a Public Advocate in their 2017 manifesto, care about writing the terrible wrongs the Hillsborough families and survivors have endured over the last 34 years.

I will bring my Bill back to The House on Friday 3rd March.
