At the last PMQs of the year I asked the Prime Minister why, despite standing on a manifesto to introduce a Public Advocate in 2017, does his Government keep objecting to my Public Advocate Bill, which would prevent families bereaved in public disasters from ever having to endure what the Hillsborough families have faced over the last 32 years?
